As published by GLOBES, Adam Neumann's U.S.-based real estate company Flow, alongside venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, is set to acquire a 30% stake in income-producing real estate company Canada Global, controlled by Israel Canada's controlling shareholders, Asaf Touchmair and Barak Rosen. The deal includes Flow purchasing 25% of Canada Global shares for NIS 85.1 million at a 22% premium, plus an additional 4% stake for NIS 13.5 million. Assaf Rappaport, CEO and cofounder of cybersecurity firm WIZ, is also investing, buying shares worth NIS 3.4 million.
