Tesla to Establish Flagship Showroom in Midtown Tel Aviv | ynet

Israel Canada Group and tech giant Tesla have signed a lease agreement to establish Tesla’s first flagship showroom in Israel at the Midtown Tel Aviv complex, owned by Israel Canada Group, controlled by Assi Touchmair and Barak Rosen.

The lease with Tesla spans 10 years, with the average cost per square meter in the commercial spaces of the towers estimated at approximately 300 NIS per square meter. Midtown Towers are located in the heart of Tel Aviv’s business district, adjacent to major transportation arteries and heavy and light rail stations. The showroom will open at the front of the tower, facing Menachem Begin Road.

Omer Levy, VP of Income-Producing Properties at Israel Canada, stated: “We are pleased to finalize the agreement with Tesla Israel, bringing one of the world’s most innovative and powerful automotive brands to the heart of Tel Aviv. .”
